You can find Phone Care Mobile Shoppee over in Vadgoensheri, near Neco Garden at shop number 4. It’s a convenient spot for the people living in the apartments around here. I’ve been running this shop for a while, and it’s always a bit of a scramble to keep everything in order. We do a lot of repair work because people are always having accidents with their devices. The workbench is usually covered in little screws and bits of plastic. I try to be as careful as I can, but it’s a messy job. The shop itself is quite plain with white walls and a few racks for accessories like headphones and screen guards. Neco Garden is a nice landmark, so it makes it easy for people to explain where we are located. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, and we just sit outside on the steps and chat with the neighbors until it comes back on. That’s just how things go around here. I don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how to handle the basic mobile issues. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just walk in when they have a problem. It’s an honest way to make a living in Vadgoensheri. We see a lot of the same people every week, which makes the shop feel more like a part of the local community.
