Phoenix

Phoenix is a small shop located at number 22 inside the Kakade Township. We are in the Keshav Nagar area of Chinchwad, specifically within the Nandhavan part. It is a fairly quiet spot compared to the main market roads, which is actually something we prefer. We decided to set up here because there are so many families living in the township and it is easy for them to reach us. The shop is not a massive store or anything like that. It is just a regular space where we keep our items and talk to our customers. We are not trying to be the biggest business in Chinchwad. We just want to provide what the people living nearby need. Most of our regulars are folks from the surrounding buildings. We know a lot of them by name and know what they usually look for when they come in. Sometimes the shop gets a little crowded when we get a new delivery, but we eventually get everything put away. It feels more like a part of the community than a cold store in a mall. We do not use any fancy sales talk here. If we have what you are looking for, we will show it to you. If we don’t, we will tell you where else you might be able to find it. The hours are regular, but we often stay open a bit late if a neighbor stops by.
