Our place is in Erandwane 2nd Stage, right there on Karve Road. If you know where Alurkar Music House is, we are basically right opposite that landmark. It is a pretty good spot because everyone knows the music house, so it makes giving directions a lot easier. We provide various services from this office, and it stays quite busy throughout the week. The traffic on Karve Road is almost always heavy, so there is a constant hum of scooters and buses outside our window. Inside, it is a bit more relaxed, though we are usually juggling a few different tasks at once. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees; it is just a handful of us who know each other well. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, and someone has to run down the street to grab more. We do not spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or making things look perfect. We just focus on getting the work done for the people who need our help. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through files. It is honest work, and we like being in this part of Pune because there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick snack or a tea when we need a break from the desks.
