Philm Technologies Private Limited is based in Pune. Our spot is at House Number 324 in Viduyat Nagar, which is part of the Koregaon Park area. Specifically, we’re at Plot Number 737-388. Koregaon Park is a pretty lively place with lots of trees and cafes, but our little corner in Viduyat Nagar stays relatively calm. We’ve been using this space for our daily operations for some time now. It doesn't look like your typical corporate headquarters, and that’s fine by us. It’s more of a home-turned-office vibe which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. We spend most of our time at our desks. There’s no big reception desk or security guards in suits here. Just the people who do the actual work. We usually have tea together in the afternoons and talk about what’s left on the list for the day. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when we can. Finding the exact plot number can sometimes be tricky for delivery drivers who aren't from around here, but we’ve gotten used to giving directions over the phone. It’s a simple setup. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. We aren't interested in making a big show of things. We just want to get through our projects and make sure everything is running the way it should be for everyone involved.
