We are out here at Plot No.87A in South City, which is just off the Nagar Highway in Tisgaon Parisar. It’s not exactly in the middle of the city, so it is a bit quieter than some other places, though the highway noise still finds its way in throughout the day. We’ve been set up here for some time now, just doing our thing with technology. Most days it is just us sitting at our desks, trying to figure out some code or fixing a problem that popped up overnight. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get the work done without too much fuss. We usually start the morning with some tea from the guy down the road and then dive into whatever is on the list for the day. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and you can hear the trucks zooming past on the highway when the rest of the area goes quiet. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit; it’s just the team here working. The parking out front can be a bit of a squeeze if everyone shows up at once, but we manage to make it work. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like the same small group that started out. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and just keep our heads down. It's a decent place to work.
