Our office is based in Hira Moti Apartment, which is over at M 5 on the Bombay Pune Road in Shivajinagar. It’s a very busy part of Pune, so there is always the sound of traffic and horns from the main road. Being in an apartment building instead of a corporate park makes it feel a bit more like a home than a regular office. We’ve converted the rooms into workspaces with desks and computers everywhere. The kitchen area is where we usually gather to have our lunch or make some quick coffee. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The elevators in the building are a bit slow, so a lot of us just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the location is convenient because it’s so central. You can find almost anything you need just by walking a few blocks. The rooms have large windows, but we usually keep the blinds down to stop the glare on our screens. It’s a very practical setup. We aren't worried about having a flashy lobby or big signs. Most of our day is spent on calls or writing code, so as long as the internet is running and the chairs are comfortable enough, we're happy. It’s just a normal place where work gets done every day.
