Peerxp Info Technologies Private Limited is located in Kunal Estate in Chinchwad. We are in Building No 3, Flat No 16. It is more of a residential setup that we’ve converted into our workspace. Keshav Nagar is a nice area and it’s a bit quieter than some of the other parts of Pune. Being in a flat gives the whole place a very informal and comfortable feeling. We don't have a front desk or a security guard at our specific door. You just come up to the flat and we are usually there working away. It’s a good environment for focusing on info technology tasks because it doesn’t feel like a cold, sterile office building. We have a kitchen where we make our own tea and a small balcony where we can get some fresh air. The team is small so we all know each other well and there is no corporate hierarchy stuff going on. We just sit around and get through our list of things to do for the day. Chinchwad has grown a lot lately but our estate still feels like a little community. We like it that way. It is a simple way to run a company without all the extra stress of a traditional office. We just focus on the tech side of things and let everything else take care of itself. Most of our neighbors are families so we try to keep the noise down.
