Payali General Store

If you are looking for Payali General Store, we are at Shop No 82/2 in Viman Nagar. Our place is right on Pune Nagar Road, very close to the Phoenix Market City Mall. It’s a very busy area because of the mall, and there is constant traffic moving past our door. Our shop is small but we try to keep it full of daily essentials. We have everything from milk and eggs to cleaning supplies and snacks. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside when we have more than three customers at once. Viman Nagar is a fast-paced neighborhood but we try to keep things simple here. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us managing the counter and the stock. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the inventory, but we eventually get it sorted. The noise from Pune Nagar Road is something you just get used to after a while. We stay open pretty late because people coming back from the mall or from work often need to grab something quickly. We aren't trying to compete with the big supermarkets. We just provide a convenient spot for the people living nearby. Our shelves are a bit disorganized sometimes, but we know where everything is. It’s been our way of doing things for quite a few years now. We like seeing the regular faces and hearing the news from around the neighborhood. It keeps the day interesting.
