Paunikar

We are based out of Aura County in Ubale Nagar, over in the Wagholi area. Our place is flat B-512. It’s a residential complex, so it’s fairly quiet except for the main road noise. Nagar Road is always packed with trucks and buses, so getting here can take a minute if you’re coming from the city. Mappel Hotel is right beside us, which is the main landmark we tell everyone. We don’t have a big storefront or anything like that. It’s mostly just us at the desks handling our daily tasks and paperwork. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, but usually, it's fine. We have our coffee in the small kitchen area. Being in Wagholi means we see a lot of development happening all around us every day. There’s always some construction going on nearby. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on what needs to get done for the day. We’ve stayed in this spot for a bit now because it’s convenient for us. It’s a simple setup with a few computers and files stacked up. People usually call us before coming up since it’s a private building. We don’t really do much advertising; we just keep busy with our own work at Paunikar. It feels more like a home office than a big corporate space, which suits us just fine. We have been here for a couple of years and it's worked out well. The walk from the main gate to the B wing takes just a few minutes.
