It’s a nice enough neighborhood with a mix of homes and small businesses. If you ever need to reach us, Sanika is usually the one who answers the phone or checks the emails. We’ve even got our mobile number and Gmail address right there in our records so people can find us easily. The office at Patni Computer Systems Limited is more of a functional space than anything else. We have our computers set up in a way that makes sense for the work we do. Pune has great weather most of the year, so we often leave the windows open to let in some fresh air. It can get a bit dusty, but it beats being stuck in a sealed room all day. We are a small group and we don't really follow any strict corporate hierarchy. Everyone just does their part. Sometimes we have a lot of work and stay late, and other times it is a bit more relaxed.
