Chhand Innovations

Our office for Chhand Innovations is over at 7 Business Square, which is part of that row house setup on Baner Pashan Link Road. Specifically, we are in Row House No. 5 at Shroff's Soleno. It’s a bit of a different feel compared to a standard high-rise building because it feels a bit more like a home that turned into a workspace. Pune has plenty of these types of spots, and we like being on this side of town. The area around Pashan and Baner is always moving, but our little corner stays relatively calm. We have a few rooms set aside for different tasks, and the kitchen area usually has a kettle going for whoever needs a break. The stairs can be a bit of a workout if you’re carrying equipment up and down all day, but we've gotten used to it. Most of what we do here involves brainstorming and working through various innovation ideas on our laptops. It's not a place with a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting you. Usually, you just walk in and find someone hunched over a desk. We’ve got some plants by the window that we try to keep alive, though we sometimes forget to water them when things get hectic. Being in Maharashtra, we deal with the heat and the monsoon rains, which sometimes leak near the back door, but we just put a bucket there and keep working.
