Pashan Chaupati

Pashan Main Road is where you will find us. Pashan Chaupati has been here for a bit now, right on the side of the road where everyone passes through. It gets really busy in the evenings when the sun starts to go down. That is when people finish their work and decide to stop by. The road stays noisy with cars and bikes zooming past. We have a few benches and enough space for people to stand around. It is not a quiet place, but that is the whole point of being on Pashan Main Road. You hear a lot of laughter and people talking over each other. I usually spend my afternoons getting everything set up before the rush hits. It takes time to get the space looking right. Sometimes it rains and we have to scramble a bit to keep things dry, but mostly the weather stays clear enough. Pashan Chaupati is just a local spot. People from the nearby apartments come down quite often. You see families and groups of friends just hanging out. There is no big secret to how we run things. We just show up every day and do the work. The lights from the shop spill out onto the pavement. It feels like a part of the neighborhood fabric now. If you are driving down Pashan Main Road, you cannot really miss the spot. It is just a regular part of the daily grind for us and we like it.
