Parshwa Systems

You can find Parshwa Systems at 13, Shree Shankar Society over in Gultekadi. We are tucked into a residential society, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. It is a quiet street for the most part, which helps when we need to concentrate. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and some extra chairs for when friends or clients drop by. We don't have a big sign outside or anything fancy like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are here in Gultekadi. The office is often a bit cluttered with cables and various pieces of equipment, but we know where everything is. We take turns making tea and usually eat our lunch together at the main table. There is no boss breathing down everyone’s neck. We just know what our jobs are and we get them done. Sometimes we stay late to troubleshoot something, and the night is very still in this part of town. We like the rhythm of working here. It is not about being corporate or following a bunch of strict rules. We just treat each other like people and try to handle our business as clearly as we can. It is a comfortable way to work, and we like the people in the society.
