This pizza shop is situated on Senapati Bapat Marg in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a busy road with a lot of offices and stores around us. Because of that, we do a lot of lunch orders for people working nearby. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. We’re constantly stretching dough and putting toppings on. It can get pretty hot near the ovens, but that’s just how it is. We aren’t a huge restaurant, so many of our customers prefer to take their pizza back to their desks or home. We try to get things out as fast as we can without rushing it too much. The ingredients come in fresh, and we spend our mornings getting everything prepped before the first order hits the screen. It’s a loud, busy environment most of the time. We have a small seating area if you want to eat right away, but it fills up fast. Working in Shivaji Nagar means there’s never really a dull moment. We see all kinds of people, from students to businessmen. We just focus on making the food and keeping the place running smoothly. It’s a straightforward job, and we take it seriously enough to make sure the pizzas look and taste right. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The delivery bikes are always zipped in and out of the alleyway next to us. On rainy days, the smell of the wet pavement mixes with the baking bread from our ovens.
