Panchshil Engineering Pvt Ltd is based right in Rasta Peth. Our office is Flat No 6 in Laxmi Niwas, which is number 462. It’s pretty close to the M S E B Office, so people usually use that as a landmark when they’re trying to find us. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. Rasta Peth is one of those older parts of Pune that always feels busy, no matter what time of day it is. Being on the fourth floor or in one of these flats means you hear the city noise constantly, but we’re used to it by now. We do engineering work, mostly focusing on the technical side of things without much flare. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at plans or talking to suppliers. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if the lift is acting up, but that’s life in an older Pune building. We don’t have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. Usually, it’s just tea from the shop downstairs and getting through the pile of tasks on the desk. People stop by because they know where we are, not because of some big sign outside. We like it this way, keeping things local and straightforward. It’s just us working out of Maharashtra, Pune 411011. We keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. We’ve been here long enough that the building feels like a second home to the staff.
