Being out in Wagholi means dealing with a lot of dust and the constant expansion of the city. Panchaganngaa Aagor Tech Pvt Ltd is located at 559/1/C, and it’s a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main part of Pune. The office is a decent space, but it’s mostly filled with computers and cables everywhere you look. We aren’t the type of place with a lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and see everyone working away at their desks. The building itself is pretty plain, just a standard structure in a developing area. We have a small pantry where the kettle is always running because we drink a lot of tea to stay focused. Outside 559/1/C, there is usually some construction going on, so the background noise is a mix of drills and the heavy trucks passing by on the main road. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, and the air conditioning hums loudly to keep up with the heat. We are just a group of people trying to make things work in the tech world without all the corporate fluff you see in the bigger parks. Wagholi has a different vibe, a bit more rugged and less polished, which kind of matches how we run things here. We just show up, do the work, and try to beat the traffic on the way home. It’s a long day, but it is what we do.
