We've been at 483 Saniwar Pet for a while now. It's a busy spot on Tilak Road, and honestly, it gets a bit crowded during the day. We handle batteries for all sorts of things, mostly cars and bikes that people bring in when they're having trouble starting up. The shop is at number 12 and 15, so we have a bit of room to stack the new stock and keep the old ones for recycling. It's just a regular place where we spend most of our time dealing with acid levels and terminals. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy, but that's how it goes when you're working with these heavy things all day. People usually find us because they live nearby or they're passing through Shaniwar Peth and their battery finally gave out. We don't do much fancy stuff here, just checking charges and making sure the connections are tight. It’s a lot of lifting and carrying, so we stay pretty active. If you're walking down Tilak Road, you'll see us. It’s not a big showroom or anything, just a practical workspace where we get things done. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years, but the batteries pretty much stay the same, just getting a bit more complicated with the newer cars. We keep the doors open and try to help whoever stops by with a dead battery issue.
