Palaeolithic Grainsllp

Started this thing in Pune, specifically around Baner at Balaji Park. The name is a bit of a mouthful, Palaeolithic Grainsllp, but it mostly just means we like the old way of doing things with food. We are based out of Sayali Villas, flat number 101. It’s not a huge office or anything, just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and coordinate everything. Most days it’s just us surrounded by samples and notebooks. We moved here because the area was growing, and we figured people might want something different than the usual processed stuff you find in every shop. It hasn’t been easy, honestly. There are days when the logistics of moving bags of grain across Pune get a bit overwhelming. Traffic on S.No. 258 is no joke, and sometimes the deliveries show up later than we hoped. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. It’s just a local operation. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking the quality ourselves. Sometimes the office is a mess with papers, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. We don't have a big sign outside yet, so people sometimes wander around Balaji Park looking for us. We just wanted to do something that felt real, focusing on the basics like grains that haven't been messed with too much. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just working through the daily tasks.
