Padmavati Food Fast

Padmavati Food Fast is our little shop over in Nigdi. Specifically, we are at Shop No 3 in Sambhaji Chowk, right in Sector 26. It’s a small space, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. Being near the chowk means there are always people walking by, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We started this place because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s just a few of us behind the counter most days. We do everything from taking the orders to cleaning up the tables. It’s a bit of a squeeze when it gets crowded, but people don’t seem to mind much. We’ve got a few stools, but a lot of folks just stand around and talk while they wait. Sector 26 is a decent area, and being at Sambhaji Chowk makes it easy for people to spot us. We don’t have a big menu, just the things we know how to make well. We try to keep the prices where they should be so regular people can come in often. Sometimes the stove gives us trouble or the lights flicker, but that’s just part of having a shop. We stay open late because that’s when most of our regulars show up after work. It’s a simple life running a food stall, but it keeps us busy and we like the neighborhood vibe here. We just try to get the orders out fast and keep the counter clean.
