Our shop is tucked away at 4 Vashnavi Vihar in Katraj. If you are coming from the main road, look for the Raja Ram Gas Agency; we are right near there. It’s also just behind the Katraj Dairy, which is a big help when people are trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been here at Padmaja Systems And Solution for quite some time now. The space is a bit cramped because we keep a lot of old components just in case somebody needs an obscure part for an older system. Katraj is a lively place to work, though it gets a bit noisy with the traffic and the movement around the dairy. We spend most of our time at the back workbench with the soldering irons and the testers. There isn't much of a lobby or anything. You basically walk right into the middle of the workspace. We like it that way because we can show people exactly what's wrong with their motherboards or power units. Bharti Vidyapeeth is close by, so we get a lot of students coming in with laptops that have seen better days. We don't have a fancy receptionist or anything like that. Usually, one of us will look up from a screen and say hello when the door opens. It's a practical, no-frills kind of life here, just fixing things and trying to stay organized in a small space while the city moves around us.
