P S S Infotech is located in Chinchwad, specifically at the GMC Plaza on Ghodapdeo Cross Road. We are in Shop 19, right near the RTO office. If you’ve ever been to the RTO in Purna Nagar, you know how busy it gets with all the vehicles and people. Our shop is right in the middle of that. We handle various tech-related things, mostly fixing computers or helping people with software issues. The shop is small and usually has a few broken monitors or keyboards lying around waiting to be repaired. It’s a bit messy, but we know where every screw and cable is. We aren't a big IT firm with fancy servers; we are just a local tech shop. People from the neighborhood bring in their laptops when they won't start, or they need help printing something. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and trying to figure out why a piece of hardware is acting up. It’s noisy outside with the traffic from the Cross Road, but we get used to it. We open up early and stay late most days because people always have tech emergencies. There’s no dress code here; we just wear whatever is comfortable for crawling under desks to plug things in. We’ve been at GMC Plaza for a good bit now, and we like being the local spot for tech help. It is just a regular shop.
