Oxynix Solutions

Oxynix Solutions is based out of Hinjawadi, specifically in unit 503. Being in this part of town means there is always a lot of traffic and people moving around outside. We have a fairly basic office where we spend our hours looking at monitors. It is a tech-heavy area, but we try to keep things grounded. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just solving the technical issues that come across our desks. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the wires and old equipment. Other days are loud and hectic with everyone talking at once. We do not use a lot of jargon here. We just say what the problem is and try to find a way to fix it. The building is okay, it has an elevator that works most of the time. We get a lot of light from the window in the afternoon which helps. It is mostly just us and our keyboards. We have been in Hinjawadi for a while and have seen the new buildings go up all around us. We keep our own pace. There is no big hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in where they can. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone knocks, whoever is closest to the door gets up to answer it. It is a plain way to work but it makes sense for us. We just handle the tasks as they come in and go home when the sun goes down.
