At Os2I India Pvt Ltd, we work out of the Gardenia Housing Society in Pune. Specifically, we are in B-Iv, Flat Number 14. Working from a housing society gives the whole day a bit of a different feel compared to a standard commercial building. It is a bit more relaxed and you see people going about their personal lives while we are focusing on our business tasks. Pune is a great city for this kind of setup. Our office is basically a converted flat, so it has a kitchen and a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the technical and operational work we have on our plates. Sometimes the society garden gets a bit noisy with kids playing, but mostly it is a peaceful spot to get things done. We have our computers set up in the main rooms and a lot of wires running along the floor. It is a practical environment for a small team like ours. Being in Maharashtra 411014, we are fairly well-connected to the rest of the city. We don't put on any airs about being a big international firm; we are just people working in a flat in Pune. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep up with our deadlines without making a huge fuss about it.
