Our workshop is located in the Wadgaonsheri area of Pune, specifically in Ganeshnagar. We are part of the Samata Society, and our address is Nathkrupa, with various reference numbers like Srno 42 2 1 and Hono 289. It’s a bit of a residential-meets-industrial feel around here. You’ll find us surrounded by tools, blueprints, and pieces of heavy machinery. The floor is concrete and usually has a few oil spots here and there. We spend a lot of our time looking at technical drawings and talking about how to fix mechanical problems. It’s a practical environment. There isn't any fancy furniture; we mostly use metal stools and sturdy workbenches. The Pune weather is usually nice, but it can get quite dusty when the wind picks up near the construction sites nearby. We share the area with several other small businesses, so there is always someone moving something on a trolley or loading a truck. We have a small office area tucked into one corner where the computer and the files live. It’s often a bit messy with half-finished projects sitting on the tables. People from the Samata Society walk past and wave while we’re working on something out front. We aren't the type to wear ties or sit in meetings all day. We prefer being out here where the actual engineering happens. It’s a loud, busy, and honest way to spend the day in Wadgaonsheri. We’ve been here for years.
