You can find us at Flat 03 in Siddhart Appt, right on the Pimpri Chinchwad Link Road. This part of Pune is always moving, with a lot of traffic and people going to work in the nearby factories and industrial offices. Option Us is a small operation, and we like it that way because it's easier to manage. We work out of a flat, which gives the place a very relaxed and lived-in feel compared to a traditional office. There’s no big sign or fancy lobby to walk through. We just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of work to get through each week. The 411033 area is quite busy, so the Link Road is never really quiet, even late in the evening. We’ve grown used to the constant hum of the city outside our window. Most of our days are spent coordinating things and making sure our projects are on track. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like experts; we just do what needs to be done. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve all become good friends over the years we've spent working together. We usually take turns bringing in snacks for the afternoon tea break. It’s not a high-pressure corporate job with lots of meetings. We just want to do decent work and go home to our families. We’ve been here in this building a while now and it feels like home.
