Opi Global

Opi Global is located in Pimple Gurav, Pune. We operate out of the Ashtavinayak Co. Hsg. Society, specifically Flat No. 12 on the second floor of S. No. 25/2/A in Tuljabhavani Nagar. It’s a residential society, so it feels very much like a home office. There are kids playing downstairs and neighbors drying clothes on their balconies. We’ve converted this flat into a workspace where we manage our global operations. It’s a bit unusual for some visitors to come to a housing society for a business meeting, but it works for us. It’s quiet enough to get work done, and the rent isn't as crazy as it is in the big IT parks. We have a few rooms set up with desks and some basic office equipment. The kitchen area is mostly used for making endless rounds of tea and coffee to keep us going. We don't have a big HR department or a front desk. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and let you in. Living and working in Pimple Gurav is convenient because the market is close by and it’s a friendly area. It’s a simple, low-key setup that lets us focus on our tasks without the distractions of a big office park. We like the relaxed atmosphere here. It makes the long hours of dealing with different time zones much more bearable. We're just a small group doing our best from a flat.
