It’s a nice enough building and we’ve been here for a while now. We chose this spot because it's a good part of town and not too difficult for us to get to. The office itself is just a regular flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s not a high-rise corporate suite, but it works perfectly for what we need. We spend most of our time here working on different tech projects. We’re a small team, so everyone knows what’s going on with everything. We don't have a lot of formal rules or a big human resources department. It's more about just getting the work done and being honest with each other. Wadgaonsheri has changed a lot recently, with more businesses moving in, but it still feels like a neighborhood. We like that. We don't use promotional language or try to sound bigger than we are. We’re just a local company doing our thing. Sometimes we have lunch together at one of the spots nearby. It’s a practical way to run a business.
