You can find us at Kubera Park on Kondhwa Road, specifically in A-14/5. Ona Technologies Private Limited is a small setup. We aren't trying to be the next big thing you see on billboards or social media ads. We just work on technology and try to do a decent job of it every day. The office is a bit crowded sometimes with all the gear and cables we have lying around. Kondhwa Road is always lively, which we actually like quite a bit. There’s a lot of noise outside but we stay focused on the screens inside. We didn't want to be in a massive business park with thousands of people and security gates. Being here feels more grounded and real. We started out with just a couple of old desks and honestly, it hasn't changed all that much over the years. We like the local feel of the neighborhood. Most of the time, we're just busy with technical tasks that take up a lot of our concentration. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunchrooms with free snacks. We just eat at our desks or go out to one of the small local spots nearby for a quick bite. It’s a straightforward way to run a business without all the extra fluff. We handle our own stuff here. If something breaks, we usually just fix it ourselves. That's the way we've always done things. It's just a regular office where we put in the hours and try to make things work correctly for everyone.
