You can find us at House No 233, Sr No 10 11 in Pune, Maharashtra 411046. We call the business Omisys It Solutions. Our office isn't anything like those big tech parks you see on the news. It’s a practical space where we spend most of our time staring at code or taking apart old computers that won’t boot up. There are usually a few open boxes and loose cables sitting on the floor because we are always in the middle of some project. We handle IT problems for all sorts of people. Some days we are helping someone recover their lost files, and other days we are trying to get a network to stop crashing. It can be frustrating when the solution isn't obvious, but we just keep trying different things until it works. We drink a lot of strong coffee to keep ourselves focused through the long afternoons. The Pune weather is usually nice, but it can get dusty, so we have to clean the computer fans pretty often. We don’t have a fancy corporate structure or anything. It is just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. We take our work seriously, but we don't use a lot of big words to explain it. If your computer is broken, we just tell you what we can do to fix it. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch of time and we’ve seen all kinds of strange tech issues come through our door and onto our desks.
