Om Telecom

Om Telecom is located right near the famous Kesari Wada in Narayan Peth. Being in such a historic part of town means we get a lot of people passing through, especially during festival seasons. The shop is very small, basically just enough room for a counter and a couple of people to stand inside. We do a lot of mobile recharges, sell SIM cards, and have a good collection of basic phone accessories like earphones and data cables. Because we are at number 4 near Kesari Wada, we often have tourists stopping by to ask for directions or to get a local SIM card. It’s a busy little spot, and there’s always someone stopping by for a quick chat. We don't have a lot of space for storage, so we have to be very selective about what we keep in stock. The walls are lined with those plastic hanging packs of chargers and covers. It can get quite hot in the summer because the shop doesn't get much breeze, so we have a small table fan that hums all day long. My father started this place years ago, and I took over after I finished my studies. We don't do anything complicated here; we just provide the basic mobile services that the local residents and visitors in Narayan Peth need. It’s a simple life and we are happy to be part of this community.
