Om Technologies

You can find Om Technologies over at 88 2 3B in Vrundavan Colony, Azad Nagar. It’s tucked away in Kothrud, Pune, which is a place we know very well. The office is basically a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of screens. We spend most of our hours here, sometimes staying quite late when a project needs to get finished. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small offices, so it has a nice, normal feeling to it. We don't have a big sign or any fancy marketing stuff outside. Inside, the walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some notes pinned up. We focus on the tech side of things, so there is always a low hum from the servers and the fans keeping everything cool. The guys here usually wear jeans and t-shirts, and we get our lunch from the local mess down the street. It’s not like those big IT parks you see on the other side of the city. We are a smaller group, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We take our work seriously, but the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. Sometimes we have a little trouble with the parking because the lanes are narrow, but we manage. We just keep doing our thing, day after day, trying to stay updated with all the new technology changes without making a big fuss about it. It is just the way we like to work.
