Om Sai Ram Hot Chips

Our shop is located in Pimpri, specifically Shop No 5 in the Pancha Ganga Building at Masulkar Colony, Ajmera. We’ve been frying chips here for quite some time. The smell of hot oil and potatoes usually fills the air around this part of the building. It’s a small space, mostly taken up by the large frying vats and the bags of raw vegetables we use. We make everything fresh, usually right in front of the customers. It’s not a high-tech operation; we just use simple tools and a lot of manual work. I started this because I knew how to make a good crunch, and people in Pimpri seem to appreciate that. We sell a few different varieties, like potato and banana chips. The shop gets busy in the afternoons when people are looking for a snack to take home. We don't have any fancy packaging, just simple plastic bags that we seal up. My wife helps me with the weighing and the cash, and we just keep things moving as fast as we can. The Masulkar Colony is a nice area, and we’ve made a lot of friends among the people who live in the Ajmera buildings. We don't do any ads; the smell of the chips usually does the work for us. It’s hard work being near the heat all day, but we are used to it now. We just want to keep making decent chips.
