If you walk toward the Sultanpet Circle in Sadashiv Peth, you will find us at shop number 6. We are located at 769/770, tucked away right behind the famous Chitale Bandu shop. The smell of sweets and snacks from next door is always there, which is a nice perk of working in this spot. The shop itself is quite small, so we have to be very organized with how we stack our materials. There is barely enough room for three people to stand comfortably, but we make it work. Sadashiv Peth is always crowded, and there is a constant stream of people passing by our door. We keep the front of the shop open so we can see what is happening on the street. It’s a busy atmosphere with lots of shouting and horns honking, but that’s just how Sultanpet Circle is. We spend our days on the phone or talking to people who drop in with questions. There isn't any fancy carpet or air conditioning here, just a simple fan that rattles a little when it’s on high. We’ve been in this location for a good while, and we know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a tight-knit community. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep our workspace as tidy as possible given the limited room we have. Sometimes we have to move stacks of boxes just to reach the back of the shop.
