Om Sai Infotech is located at 255 Sadashiv Peth. We are right near the Mahalaxmi Five Roads, which is always busy. If you look across from Bhide Hospital, you’ll see us. We handle computers and tech stuff. People come in with laptops that won't turn on or printers that are jammed. It’s a lot of troubleshooting. Sometimes it's a quick fix, and other times we have to tell them the news isn't great. We’ve been in Sadashiv Peth for a while. The area is crowded, but we like the energy. Our shop is full of spare parts, cables, and old monitors. It might look a bit messy to some, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our day staring at screens or taking things apart. It’s quiet work mostly, except when the cooling fans are loud. We aren't a big chain store. We just know our way around a motherboard. Customers are usually stressed because their work is stuck, so we try to get things back to them as soon as we can. It’s not always possible to fix everything immediately, though. We just do the work as it comes in. Sometimes we're here late finishing a repair because we promised it would be ready. That’s just part of the job.
