Om Sai Communication

I’m usually here at Om Sai Communication by nine in the morning. Plot No 13 in Hadapsar isn't hard to find once you get off the main road. The shutters go up, I wipe down the glass counters, and then the day starts. Most people come in because their phone screen is cracked or they need a quick recharge done. It gets quite loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on whatever work is on the table. Sometimes it’s just selling a simple charging cable or helping someone figure out why their internet isn't working right. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough room for the essentials. My chair is a bit old and squeaks when I move, but it does the job. We keep a small stock of batteries and headsets behind the counter. Most of the regulars live nearby and just pop in to say hello while they’re out getting vegetables. There’s a tea stall just a few doors down, so that keeps us going in the afternoons. I try to keep things organized, though papers usually end up piled in the corner by Friday. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy handling several things at once. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a couple of plastic stools for people to sit on while they wait for their SIM cards to get activated. It's a simple setup here, nothing too complicated or over the top.
