Om Kirana Store

Om Kirana Store is right at Om Kar Park in the Thergaon area. We are positioned on the Main Road, very close to the Pandit Petrol Pump. Being on the main road means we get a lot of people stopping by while they are out running errands or getting fuel. The shop is usually packed with all sorts of things, from snacks and drinks to cleaning supplies and spices. We try to fit as much as we can onto the shelves, so it can feel a bit crowded inside. There’s always someone coming in for a last-minute item. The sound of cars and bikes passing by is constant throughout the day. We have a small counter where we stand to help customers. It’s an old wooden counter that’s been worn smooth over the years. We don't have any fancy scanners or automated systems; we just count everything by hand and give change from a metal box. Thergaon is a growing place, but our store still feels like a local spot where people can just drop in. We see the same families every week. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use flashlights to find things on the back shelves, but nobody seems to mind too much. It’s just part of living and working in this neighborhood. We open up early and stay late, just like any other kirana store around here.
