Om Communication

Om Communication is located at Hadapsar 211. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We don't have any big flashy signs or anything like that. Inside, there is a desk where most of the work happens and a few chairs for people to sit if they have to wait for a bit. The walls have some posters for different mobile networks and a shelf for different accessories like headphones and batteries. Hadapsar is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. We get a lot of people coming in for quick recharges or to get a new SIM card. The counter is usually covered with some papers and a few tools for fixing small things on phones. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the door open to get some air from the street. The floor is just plain tiles that we sweep every morning before things get moving. Most of our day is just talking to people about their phone problems or showing them what we have on the shelves. It’s a simple life here at the shop. We know the regular people who live around here. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That’s just how it goes at 211. We try to keep things organized but it gets messy when we are busy with repairs. I usually keep a radio playing some local news in the background to pass the time. It feels like home after all these years.
