We've been working out of the Comfort Zone complex in Balewadi for a while now. It's a busy spot in Pune. Most mornings start with someone trying to find a parking space near S No 14+15. The office is in Flat A3/1. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular place where a few of us sit with our laptops. We do tech stuff here, mostly just Olingo Tech Innovations. The weather in Baner gets nice in the evenings, so we sometimes step out for a quick break. It’s quiet enough to get things done but close to the main road so we aren’t totally isolated. There are cables everywhere and some old monitors stacked in the corner that we really should move. We don't have a big reception desk or a sign in the lobby. If you're looking for us, you just head to the building and knock. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow. We spend a lot of time on calls or just typing away. It’s a small group, so we all know what everyone else is doing. We've got a small pantry area for snacks. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle. Nothing too flashy, just a place to get the work finished before heading home in the Pune traffic. We like the local vibe of the Alewadi area, and it's a good place for our small team.
