We are located in shop number 7 at the Siddhivinayak Complex. It’s right across the street from the Swaminarayan Mandir in Sangam Nagar, Old Sangvi. Having the temple right there is nice because it’s a great landmark for anyone trying to find us. You can usually hear the bells ringing throughout the day, which is a nice break from the sound of cars. The complex itself is quite busy with various shops and people coming and going. Our shop is small, so we have to be pretty clever about how we store everything. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside at once. We spend most of our time at the main counter or tucked away in the back. Old Sangvi has a very specific local vibe, and we feel like we’ve become a small part of it over time. There’s a lot of dust that comes in from the road, so we are always wiping down the desks. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't have any glossy brochures or big displays. We just have our equipment and a couple of chairs for when someone drops by to talk. It’s a simple operation, and that’s how we like to keep it. Most of the day is just routine work and occasional chats with the shopkeepers next door. We keep a small fridge for water and snacks because it gets really hot in the afternoons.
