You can find us at Shukrawar Peth, over in the Hiranandani Garden area at 1057. The name suggests a food lane, and that is basically what we tried to bring indoors. We have a lot of different things going on at once. One corner might be doing snacks while another is focused on something heavier. It gets a bit chaotic behind the counter, especially when the evening crowd starts rolling in from the nearby offices. We don't have a very polished look. The tiles are a bit old and the menus get some stains on them from time to time. We just try to keep things moving. Most of our day is spent organizing the supplies and making sure the different sections are ready to go. It’s a lot of coordination for a small team. Shukrawar Peth is an old part of the city, and being here feels like being part of a big, messy family. We don’t use any corporate lingo or try to sound like a big brand. We are just a bunch of people who like food and wanted to create a spot where you can get a bit of everything. Sometimes the wait times get long when it’s raining, but we do what we can. We just open the doors, turn on the lights, and see who walks in. It’s not perfect, but it’s what we do every day.
