You can find Ogit Solutions Private Limited right opposite Tol Hospital in Karve Nagar. We are based in Navsahyadri Soc, at Plot No 37. It is a nice residential area in Pune, which makes the commute easier for some of us. We aren't running some giant operation with hundreds of people. It is a smaller setup where everyone knows each other. Our office space is part of this community. We have our routines, like getting tea from the local spot and chatting for a bit before the workday really starts. The office itself is functional. We have got what we need to get the job done, mostly just computers and a decent internet connection. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the hospital area is busy, but we stay focused. We handle a lot of technical tasks that keep us busy from morning till evening. It is not always easy, and sometimes we are scratching our heads over a problem for days. But that is the work. We don't have a glossy brochure or a scripted greeting. If you came by, you would just see a bunch of us working at our desks. We like being in the 411052 area. It feels more grounded than being in a sterile IT park. We just do our best to stay on top of the technology and keep our little business going. We focus on the practical side of things. Pune has been good to us.
