Oddr Technologies Private Limited is located in Pune, specifically in the Baner Pashan area. Our office is at 502, Landmark Exotica Apartments. This part of Pune has grown a lot lately, and there are many residential and commercial buildings all mixed together. We are on the fifth floor, which is high enough to get away from some of the street noise. The apartment serves as our main workspace. We have set it up with standard office furniture and the usual tech gear. It is a practical environment where we spend most of our waking hours during the week. Baner and Pashan are popular areas for people working in technology, but our setup is more low-key than the big IT parks. We like it this way because it feels more personal. We do not have a human resources department or a fancy cafeteria. We just have a small kitchen where we can make coffee and heat up our lunches. The team is friendly, and we usually just talk across the room when we need to discuss something. Most of our day is spent at our desks, but we do take breaks to look out at the city or go for a short walk. It is a humble office in a nice building, and it provides exactly what we need to stay productive and keep the company running. We are just regular people working in a typical Pune neighborhood, trying to do a good job every day without any unnecessary drama.
