Our office for Oasis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is on the 2nd floor of the S. N Pasalkar Udyog Bhavan. If you are walking along Barne Road, you can see the building pretty easily. We are right opposite Sinchan Bhawan, which is a big landmark in this part of Mangalwar Peth. The address is 409 B, and it is a fairly old building with a lot of history to it. Climbing up to the 2nd floor is part of our daily routine. Mangalwar Peth is always crowded, and the area around S. N Pasalkar Udyog Bhavan is no different. There are always trucks or tempos moving stuff in and out of the units downstairs. Oasis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has a small space here. The windows look out towards Sinchan Bhawan. Sometimes we watch the rain from up here during the monsoon. It is not the most modern office you will ever see, but it works for what we need to do. We have our files and our desks all squeezed in. Barne Road is a bit narrow, so parking can be a real headache if you arrive late in the morning. We usually just bring our lunch and eat at the desks because there are not many places to sit outside. It is just a regular day-to-day operation here in Mangalwar Peth. We like being centrally located even if the building is a bit noisy.
