We are based in Lokesh Society over in Bibwewadi, Pune. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time except for when the kids are playing outside. The office is basically part of a home setup under the care of Mohanish and the Paygude family. We have a few computers and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It’s not your typical tech company with bean bags and a pool table. We just have regular chairs and a kitchen table where we eat lunch together. Pune is a big hub for technology, but we like being in a smaller society like this. It feels more like a community. We do a lot of our work online, so as long as the internet is working, we are happy. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just take a break and talk. We aren't a massive team. It’s just a few of us trying to make things work. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We spend most of our time staring at screens anyway. If you came to visit, you’d probably think you were just walking into someone’s house. That’s because you are. We find it keeps the stress down. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the overhead of a fancy downtown office. We just focus on the tech and try to keep things moving forward one day at a time.
