Nutcracker Thoughtworks Private Limited

We've been working out of Suite 289 on the 4th floor of City Vista for a while now. Being in Kharadi on Fountain Road makes things pretty easy for the team since everything is close by. It's a busy building but our office is where the actual work happens every day. Nutcracker Thoughtworks started because we wanted to handle tech stuff without all the usual corporate noise. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever but we manage. We spend most of our time staring at screens and figuring out problems that come our way. It isn't always pretty and there are days when the coffee machine is the most important thing in the room. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a group of people who know what they're doing. Pune is a good place for a business like ours because there are so many other tech folks around. You can find us near the fountain area if you’re looking. We don't really do big meetings unless they are absolutely necessary. Most of our communication happens across the desks. It’s a bit loud sometimes but that’s just how we get through the day. We’ve been at this address for a bit and it feels like home now. Nothing too flashy, just a solid place to get things done. We usually head out for lunch around the neighborhood when we need a break from the monitors.
