Down in Sadashiv Peth, you’ll find us at N.R.Telecom. We are tucked away in Trio Chambers, Flat No 2, right at 1414/1A. It’s a busy area, especially with Renuka Swaroop School just a short walk away. You can hear the school bells and the kids shouting during their breaks if the windows are open. Sadashiv Peth is one of those old parts of the city where the lanes are narrow and there’s history in every corner. Our office is small and practical. We’ve got shelves full of parts and tools, and there’s usually a few phones lying around in different states of repair. It isn’t a place for show; it’s a place for work. The desk is usually a mess of screwdrivers and wires, but we know where everything is. People find us because they know the school or they’ve lived in the Peth for years. It gets a bit crowded in the chambers sometimes when everyone is moving about, but that’s just the way it is in these older buildings. We don't have any flashy advertisements, just the name on the door and the word of mouth from people who live nearby. Most days are spent hunched over a workbench or talking to people about their connection issues. It’s a steady rhythm of work that keeps us going from morning until the shops start closing up for the night. We often share a snack in the evening when the work slows down a little bit.
