We are located over in Wakad, Pune, specifically at Mont Vert Oystera. If you know the area, it is Wing B, Flat 701. We have been working from this spot for a while now. Most mornings start with someone making tea and talking about the traffic near Topaz and the Mont Vert Association. It gets pretty busy around here, but once you are up in the office, it is quiet enough to get things done. Novetrics Solutions isn't some giant firm with hundreds of people in suits. It is just us. We deal with tech stuff mostly. The space is actually a residential building, so it feels more like a home than some sterile office. We have our desks set up in different rooms. Sometimes the elevator in Wing B is a bit slow, but we do not mind the wait. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when it is not too dusty outside. We like being in this part of Pune because everything you need is right nearby. There is no big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is free just does it. We have got our computers, a decent internet connection, and enough coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. It is a simple setup for Novetrics Solutions Private Limited. We do not have fancy signs or a receptionist at the front. You just come up to the 7th floor and knock. It is just how we prefer to work.
