Novelcodes India Private Limited is located over in Vishnupuram Colony, Ranidiha. We share the space at Poonam Pathak’s place. It is a residential area mostly, so it stays pretty calm during the day while we are working. We are a small group of people who enjoy coding and building things for the web. It is not the kind of place where you have to wear a suit and tie. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. The rooms are filled with the sound of typing and the occasional argument about which way is better to solve a problem. We have been in Khorabar for a while now and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. Sometimes we take a break and walk around the colony just to clear our heads. It is a very local operation. We do not have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just handle the technical side of things and try to keep our clients happy with the results. Poonam keeps things running smoothly around the office. It can get a bit messy with all the papers and coffee mugs laying around, but that is just how we work best. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do honest work from our little corner of Ranidiha.
