Novatekno Systems Private Limited

We are situated in a row house, specifically Row H B-10, in the Kumbregarden area of Pune City. It’s on Plot No. 70, which is very close to Eklavya College. Being near a college means there are always students around and a lot of energy in the neighborhood. Novatekno Systems Private Limited feels more like a small community than a big corporation. The row house setup is great because we have a bit of a garden area and some fresh air, which you don’t get in high-rise offices. It is a quiet residential street for the most part, except when classes let out nearby. We have been here in Pune for some time, and we really appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of Kumbregarden. The office inside is spread across the levels of the row house, giving different teams their own space to breathe. It’s a very Maharashtra style of working, very grounded and local. We don’t have fancy receptionists or glass elevators. You just walk up to the door and come in. There is a small tea place nearby where we usually go to catch up on things. Living and working in this part of the city, with the pin code 411038, has a very familiar and comfortable feel. It’s just a group of people in a house trying to build something useful. We like the simplicity of our setup and the fact that it feels like a real home.
