Novaspark Solutions Private Limited

Our office is actually a bit unique because it’s located inside a residential society. We are at Flat No. 207 in Purva Nagari Society, which is at S No. 106 A/2 in Hadapsar, Pune. Working for Novaspark Solutions Private Limited from a flat gives the whole day a very different feel than a traditional office. It’s much quieter here, and you get the sense of being in a home rather than a cold building. The society has a lot of trees and space for people to walk, which is nice when we need a break from the screens. We’ve converted the rooms into workspaces, and it’s actually quite comfortable. Hadapsar is a busy area of Pune, but once you get inside the gates of Purva Nagari, things calm down a lot. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything like that. We just have our small team working away in flat 207. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad compared to people heading into the main city centers. We make our own tea in the kitchen and sometimes share lunch at the dining table. It is a very humble way to run a business, and it keeps us focused on what matters. There aren't any fancy boardrooms here, just honest work happening in a quiet corner of 411013. We like the peace and quiet that comes with being in a residential society.
